Description of Volunteer Service

Volunteers share creativity in visual arts, theater, dance, music, and creative writing with children living in residential treatment centers, group homes, and shelters, serving as mentors who help children build self-esteem, develop trust, and express emotions positively. Signature programs include the Weekly Mentor Program, Free Arts Days, Professional Artists Series, and Camp Series. Free Arts is based in Phoenix and serves Maricopa County.
