Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary
Organization Mission
"Our mission at Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary (FLPS) is to help overlooked senior dogs in Arizona find their forever homes."
Age Restrictions
Volunteers must be at least 12 years old. Volunteers age 16 or under must have a parent/legal guardian accompany them at all times, and that parent/guardian must also complete a volunteer application. (A partner-organization group-project listing noted a 16+ minimum for certain projects, with signed youth waivers for ages 16–17 attending without a parent/guardian.)
Application Process
Prospective volunteers complete a volunteer application through the FLPS website and can schedule a tour of the sanctuary. Because the sanctuary is on a private residence in North Scottsdale, the exact address is shared only after a visit is scheduled.
Description of Volunteer Service
Volunteers care for senior dogs (typically 7+ years old) awaiting adoption through dog walking, socializing, feeding, cleaning, and grooming; other roles include adoption counseling, foster advocacy, event assistance, transport, administrative support, photography/videography, and grant writing. FLPS is based in Scottsdale, AZ.
