Civil Air Patrol – Arizona Wing

Organization Mission

Age Restrictions
Cadets may join between ages 12 and 18 (up to the day before their 19th birthday). Adult (Senior) members must be at least 18 years old, with no upper age limit.
Application Process
Contact a local Arizona Wing squadron to attend an orientation meeting, then complete the appropriate application (cadet or CAPF 12 for adults), pay dues, and complete a background check/fingerprinting plus required Level I training.
Description of Volunteer Service
Members support Civil Air Patrol's three core missions: emergency services (search and rescue, disaster response), cadet programs for youth leadership development, and aerospace education, both as ground/air crew and as instructors or mentors.
