Mission

"The premier diversity, leadership and social-justice program in Arizona — empowering youth to become change-agents in their schools and in their communities."

Age Restrictions

The camp itself serves youth ages 14–19; as for volunteer staff (Directors, Counselors, Advisors, Medical/Mental Health staff), minors can apply but need a parent/guardian signature if under 18.

Application Process

Apply for seasonal Advisor/Counselor/Medical/Mental Health staff roles via their volunteer page (applications open seasonally and can close); there's also a standing Anytown Youth Council and volunteer Board of Directors application.

Description of Service

Facilitate a weeklong residential program where diverse groups of Arizona high schoolers explore topics like prejudice, discrimination, and bias through workshops and discussions, building skills in inclusion and respectful dialogue.
